Church
Leadership at WaterBrook Community Church consists of our Pastor,
the Vision Team, the Church Council and Ministry Coordinators.
The Vision Team functions as a spiritual covering for every area
of ministry. Individually, Vision Team Members have oversight
of 2-3 areas of ministry and give shepherding care to our congregation.
Collectively, our Vision Team assists our pastor in giving spiritual
direction to our congregation (ie. making key decisions that will
have long term impact on our church such as hiring, major program
changes, etc) and serves as an accountability group for our pastor.
Our Church Council gives spiritual oversight and accountability
to the financial/temporal affairs of our church. Ministry Coordinators
give "hands -on" oversight and direction to their area
of involvement.
